The Caucasus Journal of Humanities and Social Sciences (CJHSS) is a peer-reviewed, international academic journal that provides a high-level forum for original research across the full spectrum of the humanities and social sciences. Despite its geographical name, the journal’s scope is global and thematic, welcoming contributions that address societal, cultural, and historical issues from any region or comparative perspective.

Our mission is to foster academic excellence by publishing innovative studies in Sociology, History, Political Science, Philosophy, Economics, and Cultural Studies. CJHSS aims to bridge diverse scholarly traditions and offer a global platform for both theoretical and empirical inquiries that contribute to the universal body of knowledge.

While the journal’s title reflects its institutional roots, its academic mission is to explore the complexity of human experience and social structures worldwide. We invite submissions that offer new insights into contemporary social issues, historical transitions, and theoretical debates.

Open Access Policy CJHSS provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge. All articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license.

Copyright and Archiving Authors retain copyright and grant the journal right of first publication. To ensure permanent availability, CJHSS utilizes the LOCKSS and CLOCKSS systems for long-term digital archiving.
